• Accounts must be created by users aged 18+

• Children may use the site under supervision of a parent, teacher or guardian

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure

• You must not share accounts or use someone else’s account

4. Subscriptions (Individuals and Schools)

4.1 General

We offer paid subscriptions which provide:

• removal of adverts;

• access for individuals, schools or organisations.

Subscriptions are provided subject to these Terms.

4.2 Individual subscriptions

Individual subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Access must not be shared with others.

4.3 School and organisation subscriptions

Where a subscription is purchased by a school or organisation:

• access will be provided using a shared login or access link;

• access may be used by students, teachers and staff of that organisation, both on-site and at home;

• the organisation is responsible for ensuring that access is only used by its current students and staff.

You must not:

• share login details or access links publicly (including on websites or social media);

• allow access by individuals who are not part of the subscribing organisation;

• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit access to the site.

We reserve the right to:

• suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe a subscription is being misused;

• require login details or access links to be changed if they have been shared improperly.

• limit excessive or abnormal usage where it indicates use outside a single organisation.

4.4 Account and access responsibility

The account holder (or subscribing organisation) is responsible for:

• keeping login details and access links secure;

• notifying us if access is being misused or compromised.

4.5 Payments

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Q-files.com (including text, images, video and design) is owned by or licensed to us.

5.1 What you can do

You may:

• use content for personal use, homework, teaching and classroom use;
